Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and Wealth Management teams to solicit and deliver investment products to High Net-Worth Clients and Corporate Professional Investors
Participate in joint client meetings with business partners, identify client needs, and provide suitable investment ideas and services to help achieve business targets
Conduct regular market and credit updates, generate investment and trade ideas, and provide product trainings
Assist in product development activities, including sales product specification, test planning, implementation, and post-launch monitoring/planning
Initiate trades, execute transactions, and manage necessary follow-ups with business partners
Ensure full compliance with the bank's policies and procedures
Requirements for the Investment Solutions Sales:
Holds a university degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
Possessing TMA full membership is considered an advantage
Passed the HKSI Examinations and qualified under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) for handling regulated activities Types 1, 7, and 8
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and solid knowledge in Investment products such as Bonds, Foreign Exchange, and Equity-Linked Derivatives.
Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin as well
Requirements for the Investment Solutions Team Lead:
Serves in a leading role within the Wealth Management investment sales team, responsible for delivering investment products to stakeholders and high-value clientele
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and solid knowledge in Investment products such as Bonds, Foreign Exchange, and Equity-Linked Derivatives.
Works closely with business units in soliciting and delivering investment products to achieve business objectives.
Initiates trades, executes transactions, and manages necessary follow-ups
Oversees new product development, related maintenance activities, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintains full compliance with the bank's policies and procedures
