Investment Director (RO / MIC) - Fast Growing Asset

Our client, a Fast-Growing Asset Management Firm, they are looking for an Investment Director (RO / MIC) candidate.

Serve as the core function head (MIC), responsible for asset allocation, investment strategy, and investment management, and accountable for investment performance.
Lead the construction of the investment research system, continuously enhance the professionalization of the investment research team, establish investment analysis models, improve the database, and manage the stock and bond pools to achieve investment objectives.
Assist in building and continuously improving the asset management product system, enhance product innovation capabilities, and form a multi-level product line that is comprehensive in category, diverse in style, and meets the investment needs of different preference investors.
Assist the marketing team in customer development, product marketing, channel expansion, and customer maintenance.
Implement relevant meeting resolutions approved by the company's committees.

Requirements:

Master's degree or above, with a background in finance, economics, or engineering.
Possess Type 4 and Type 9 RO qualifications
At least 10 years of investment research experience in the secondary market of well-known domestic and overseas financial investment institutions, with experience as a Hong Kong public fund manager, managing asset size of over $50 million USD and a team of over 4 investment researchers, and outstanding investment performance (proof of securities investment performance from 2018-2023 is required).
Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
