Job description
Our client is a renowned foreign corporate bank. They are looking for someone to join as a KYC Manager, Corporate Clients.
- Manage client onboarding, KYC, CDD reviews, and other KYC-related activities within the department.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and various internal departments, including operations, legal, and compliance, to address KYC/AML issues.
- Monitor all KYC-related cases to ensure proper management.
- Ensure smooth team operations by coaching and monitoring team members' performance.
- Train and guide new hires while providing ongoing updates to the team.
- Review and control KYC operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines,
- a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in corporate banking.
- Strong knowledge of KYC requirements within the corporate banking sector.
- Demonstrates high self-motivation, independence, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Competent in using PCs and MS Office applications.
