Job description

Our client is a fast-growing licensed digital bank, they are looking for a Non-Borrowing RM in the Business Banking division to cover Greater China.


Non-Borrowing RM:

• Client Focus: Primarily Mainland China / PRC
• Nature: 50% Farmer, 50% Hunter
• Products: Deposit, TT, FX, E-commerce
• Segment Preferred: E-commerce, New Economy, International Trading
• Job Nature: 100% Hunter, assist in channel exploration and partners collaboration

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor a portfolio of PRC / China SME - Commercial customers by providing suitable commercial banking solutions.
• Conduct interviews with prospective clients to gather information about their business needs, goals, capabilities, and income to identify business opportunities.
• Perform credit-related activities, including credit appraisals, assessments, and annual reviews for existing bank customers.
• Increase sustainable revenue from current relationships and expand the portfolio through proactive marketing efforts.
• Align with the bank's strategy and business plans to build a substantial deposit portfolio.
• Enhance profitability and deepen relationships by anticipating customer needs and delivering exceptional service, resulting in a profitable portfolio aligned with the bank's appetite.

Requirements

• University degree in Banking, Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in commercial lending within the SME sector is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing experience, ideally in the financial services industry, with knowledge of wealth management products.
• Previous experience in SME / commercial lending is advantageous.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is a must.
