Job description
Our client is a renowned Foreign Asset Management Firm, they are looking for an RFP (Request for Proposal), 6-month contract candidate.
Role & responsibilities
Coordinate and complete Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) from institutional and retail clients, including consultants.
Maintain and enhance the RFP content and relevant data in collaboration with subject matter experts such as the Investment and Operations teams.
Review one's own and teammates' RFP/DDQ drafts to ensure they meet client requirements and accurately position the product and organization.
Track the RFP and DDQ activities in a timely manner for reporting purposes.
Participate in ongoing initiatives to support the globalization of the RFP team and the enhancement of tools and the working environment.
Requirements:
University graduate, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or Marketing
Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating proposals in the finance industry, ideally at global asset management firms
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and content library software, preferably Responsive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Good understanding of the institutional and retail asset management markets globally
Exceptional attention to detail, including language, grammar, and data
Eager to learn and receptive to feedback from colleagues
