Job description
Our client is a highly regarded and internationally recognized foreign investment bank with a strong presence in the global financial industry. They are now actively looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced VP, Business Management to join their team.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive business management services, including strategy tracking and execution, business planning, and performance monitoring for Asia Operations leads and the management team.
Play an integral role in the budgeting process to ensure optimal resource allocation and achieve business priorities. Oversee investment and productivity initiatives to meet long-term targets.
Develop and manage effective organizational communication strategies. Create high-quality executive presentations, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.
Own the production of non-financial KPIs and management information systems (MIS) that provide valuable insights for business decisions.
Manage a diverse range of projects and change initiatives, including tracking progress, managing milestones, assessing deliverables, and reporting to management.
Provide support for global project and change initiatives across Operations, ensuring successful implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and project/change management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
Excellent communication skills, including impactful executive presentations.
Demonstrated experience in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not required.
