Job description
Our client, a leading regional insurance firm, is looking for a Business Analytics Manager as part of their expansion plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies for the senior management team.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and optimize processes.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and data visualization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 6 yeras experience in related positions.
- Proven experience in business analytics, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proficient in analytical tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, R, or Python).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear manner.
