Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fund operations and trade processing.
• Manage trade reconciliation with internal and external parties.
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction settlements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in fund operations or middle office roles, especially within hedge funds.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and trading practices.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial software.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
