SFC Type Responsible Officer – (Virtual Assets)

Job description

​Our client, a leading property developer, will be venturing into virtual assets investments and looking for a SFC Type RO to assist with their expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the SFC license application in preparing and setting up process, operations and infrastructures of the firm

• Act as a Responsible Officer for regulated activities

• Expand and strengthen with the retail/institutional client base

• Follow company direction and review operation procedures

Requirements:

• Current SFC Responsible Officer License holder will be given priority

• Previous SFC RO experiences preferred

• Good financial market knowledge and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Fluent in speaking and writing skills in both English and Chinese
