VP, Operational Risk Management (CIB)

Job description

​Our client, a leading investment banking group, is looking for a VP, Operational Risk to join their expanding team for Asia remit.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the company’s operational risk management framework and promoting risk awareness across various business units

• Conducting risk assessments and monitoring the company’s risk profile – RSCA, KRI etc.

• Strengthen culture and perform policy setting for operational risk related matters

• Provide training and guidance to employees, while managing product governance

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline

• 6+ years of experience in a similar position

• Good knowledge of equities, FICC products

• Strong command in English and Chinese
