Job description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow the policies and directives of the team/branch and assist supervisors in achieving the overall duties and responsibilities of the team/branch at all times.
• Support the Section Head in preparing general business reports for review meetings.
• Assist the Section Head in implementing specific marketing or general management policies.
• Manage customer inquiries, KYC processes, account opening, maintenance documentation, and loan documentation for both potential and existing clients.
• Help supervisors prepare credit proposals or call memos and gather relevant information.
• Assist the Section Head in monitoring existing credit commitments to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with agreement terms, collaborating with the Credit Analysis Section, and recommend appropriate actions if unfavorable trends arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in covering Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI).
• Experience in financial institutions and the public sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in investment banking is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese or Mandarin; Japanese language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
