Job description
Our client, a leading foreign investment banking group, is looking for a team lead for their compliance team.
Responsibilities:
Provide regulatory and product compliance advice to trading floor and various business units
Monitor and take appropriate action when required for compliance related matters
Develop and perform desk reviews periodically
Liaise with various business units to implement higher compliance awareness across firm
Develop compliance training manuals and track programs as required
Requirements:
University graduate in a related discipline
Over 8 years of compliance or compliance related experiences from various i-banks or securities firms
Strong soft skills requirements and remediate action plans from regulators
Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese
