Job description
Our client, a highly regarded and internationally recognized life insurance firm with a strong presence in the industry, is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their esteemed team and contribute to their continued success on operations projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the execution of operational projects and initiatives within the APAC regions, ensuring smooth project implementation.
Develop and maintain project plans, define scope, establish timelines, and milestones specific to operations.
Analyze business needs and requirements related to operational efficiency and digital transformation projects.
Collaborate with external vendors, establishing effective partnerships to support insurance initiatives.
Conduct vendor assessments and ensure performance meets insurance industry standards.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders within the insurance company.
Identify and address project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed in the insurance context.
Work closely with cross-functional teams within the insurance company, facilitating seamless integration and identifying process improvement opportunities specific to the insurance industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on insurance operations or product-related projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in an insurance context.
